All of you would have seen that I was away for quite a long time from my blog, site (muc-ug.org.in) and TechNet forums. I was busy in relocating from Bangalore, India to Pune, India and was preparing for the visa and out of country travel early in the first quarter of 2010 and moved to USA in second quarter.
Yes, I have relocated to USA now for couple of years at least (hopefully!). I am living at Oak Creek, WI which is a small town of around 35k population near to Milwaukee, WI. I was quite lucky that I landed in US during summer time so things were not too difficult to get settled.
So after a long hiatus I’m back and see you guys online in the Exchange community world… :)
Please consider subscribing this blog and recommending it to your friends, peers, and Exchange lovers!!!
I just came across a handy tool to calculate Return Of Investment (ROI) on Exchange deployment. Tool is developed by U-B Tech and available at free of cost to use.
Use U-BTech’s Exchange 2010 ROI tool to compare the costs of implementing Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 and try different cost variations including storage costs, hardware costs, licensing costs and more by just providing basic inputs.
Download: U-BTech’s Exchange 2010 ROI Tool
Here are screenshots:
You will get nice calculated comparative report in html file.
You can even customized the licensing and hardware cost.
“Exchange 2010 Update Rollup 1 has released yesterday and it can be downloaded from here. UR1 is one of the component to support Blackberry service on Exchange 2010 and a prerequisites for it. Thus you may have to install it soon so what should you know before planning to install it on your Exchange 2010 servers?”
Just published it on User Group site, Read More at MUC-UG.org.in…
